PlazaLOGIC helped EG Swissaction’s SA (www.egmask.com) to realize their EGMask system. EGMask is a system for car repair shops where the system calculates, optimizes and cuts paper masks used in the process of car painting. The user simply selects the car make, model and parts to be painted, after which the system will cut the masks from paper.

Besides development of the advanced software, where the user-friendly interface hides the complex algorithms, PlazaLOGIC also sourced custom developed touchscreen PC systems.

CYWWM Taiwan (www.cywwm.com.tw) manufactures panel saw machines.

Before PlazaLOGIC undertook the task of computerizing these machines, the operator had to calculate the data manually and enter it using a basic input mechanism.

Now, using a touch screen, the operator can control the machine and enter desired output panel sizes. The Software will calculate and optimize the cutting process and communicate with the machines internal electronics. The whole cutting process can graphically be seen on the screen.
